Ymnig AI Stockholm AB ("Ymnig", "Flitig") uses certain sub-processors (including third parties, as listed below) and content delivery networks to assist it in providing the Flitig Services as described in the Terms of Service (“ToS”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the ToS.

What is a Sub-processor

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Flitig, including entities from within the Ymnig Group, who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). Flitig engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.

Due Diligence

Flitig undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or otherwise process Service Data.

OpenAI

OpenAI, LLC ("OpenAI") operates as a digital AI service facilitator, which is incorporated within Flitig for processing AI-oriented tasks.

Antropic

Antropic operates as a digital AI service facilitator, which is incorporated within Flitig for processing AI-oriented tasks.

Vercel

We use Vercel to host our portal. Vercel provides fast, secure, and scalable hosting for web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Google Inc

We use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host our agent server. GCP provides reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance and availability for our operations.

Capability-Specific Sub-processors

The following sub-processors are only active if users have enabled specific capabilities on our platform.

Tavily

Used for news search functionality when the Tavily capability is enabled by the user.

Apify

Used for web scraping and content extraction when the Apify capability is enabled by the user.

Perplexity

Used for advanced research and information retrieval when the Perplexity Research capability is enabled by the user.

Atlassian

Used for task and project management integration (via Trello) when the Trello capability is enabled by the user.

Google

Used for email functionality (Gmail) and file storage and management (Google Drive) when these capabilities are enabled by the user.

Slack

Used for messaging and collaboration integration when the Slack capability is enabled by the user.

Mailgun

Used for sending emails when the Send Email capability is enabled by the user.

Changes

These terms are effective as of 2023-09-21 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on our website.
